bel appartement conforme à l'annonce, bien situé entre marais poitevin, la rochelle et l'île de ré, au calme dans une résidence agréable et fermée. déçus par la ville de Marans, peu d'attractivité et de commerces de proximité malgré des rues piétonnes et pavées très agréables pour aller au marché couvert où au canal.
