About this property

Spacious house with lots of privacy with a swimming pool in the authentic neighborhood of Norti Salina. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. Large rear porch with a view of Seru Largu. A pleasure to hear and see nature up close. Take an early morning walk and enjoy the view of the upcoming birds, cruise ships at Seru Largu all by yourself. Then head back for a morning swim with a coffee at the patio of the Kunuku Bieuw garden view. Standing at the patio, you can see the cross that you just visited on Seru Largu. After this morning walk, you can pretend you are lost in the hammock and when you wake up, the Nespresso machine awaits.

One Week Diving Vacation.

Greg met us upon our arrival and showed us everything that we needed to know. He also checked in with us throughout the week. Sitting out back, by our own pool, looking out into the hills was marvellous. Facilities to clean and dry dive gear was great. I would easily stay here again.

Super mooie accomodaties

Mooi huis met zwembad, overal is aan gedacht. Greg is een super gastheer, koelkast bij aankomst was al gevuld. Het andere stel heeft zich gestoord aan kippen en hanen rondom huis, maar hebben er geen last van gehad.

Superfijn verblijf

Heel fijn ruim huis met alle voorzieningen. Goed zwembad, ruime kavel met veel privacy. Prettige ontvangst door de host Greg. Koelkast was gevuld en veel info gekregen. Niets was te gek en je hoefde maar te vragen en hij regelt het. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Me (Omar) and my brother Greg are hosting this lovely house. We built this house on the land of our grandparents, they owned this land for agriculture. We would like to share this feeling what we experience when we realized this project. Our birth island is Aruba, however like already explained our grandparents went to Aruba for work due limitation back then on the island. For further (school) education we went to Holland, since 2010 we are back on our island.

What makes this property unique

Take an early morning walk and enjoy the view of the upcoming birds, cruise ships at Seru Largu all by yourself. Then head back for a morning swim with a coffee at the patio of the Kunuku Bieuw garden view. Standing at the patio, you can see the cross that you just visited on Seru Largu. After this morning walk, you can pretend you are lost in the hammock and when you wake up, the Nespresso machine awaits.
North Salina Is located to the North of the salt pans, many inhabitants are still in one way or another related to the Caiquetio Indians who first settled here in the past. Witness the beauty of Bonaire from this lovely lookout point. Seru Largu means "large hill" and from the top, you can see the capital city of Kralendijk and the little island of Klein Bonaire. There is a monument at the site which reads in the Papiamentu language as "Kristu Ayera Awe Semper" which means "Christ, Yesterday, Today and Forever". Seru Largu is centrally located on the island and is worth a visit if you wish to experience the beauty of Bonaire from a breathtaking elevation. This is the place to be on New Year's Eve. The entire area is filled with people who come to watch fireworks and celebrate from this vantage point.
