The living room features comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and large flat screen TV. Two King and one Queen suite, with triple bunk, offer plenty of room for everyone.

With features like a fully stocked kitchen with double oven, comfortable patio furniture, and cornhole in the garage this home is the perfect spot to gather with friends and family for a Sunriver getaway. Head out on one of the 5 bikes provided at this home to explore over 30 miles of paved trails connecting Caldera Springs and Sunriver.

This home includes 4 Rental Cards (2 guests per card) for accessing the following Caldera Springs Amenities: Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, lakes, fishing, paved and barked pathways, tennis/pickleball courts and basketball court.

Please also note that a maximum of 4 cars can be parked in the driveway at a time. Excess parking can be found at the Quarry Pool parking lot but, if utilized, must be registered with the HOA office by calling (541) 593-4850 with name, phone number, address, and duration.

Great Property

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was very clean, kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and it was very comfortable for all of us to hang out in the common areas. My only complaint would be that none of the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner or lotion. I always bring my own, but none of the other family members brought any, thinking they would use whatever was supplied.

Good stay

Great communication with property manager. Comfortable property with good location. My family had a wonderful weekend! Only a few things I would change: -If you are using bar soap for the bathrooms, consider adding soap dishes. -Might want to update the master bedroom mattress. Overall well appointed and would definitely recommend a stay here if you're going to Sunriver!

Fantastic Sunriver Location

This property was excellent, the house was stocked with every conceivable amenity for a ski weekend in Bend. The place was spotless on arrival and in a great neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone looking for a standout rental in the area.

Great Family Vacation

Really great family vacation home - nothing fancy but the kitchen is adequately stocked, lay out is good and the patio space is awesome. Being located in Caldera Springs is fantastic, the home was clean and our kids had a blast. Only had two small issues - 1. the property management company was great at communicating until we had a small issue but they ended up fixing it for us and all was good and 2. The air conditioning was capped out at 70 and we couldn't get the house cool enough to sleep comfortably at night. Overall great family vacation home!
