Problème de réservation

Je me permets ce message et vraiment désolé les responsables de cette location et très compréhensifs Mais du à un problème informatique ma réservation n'a pas pu être prise ou annulée pour une nuit par abritel alors que j'avais ma réservation paiement et dossier complet J'ai du annulé mon séjour Pour info mon remboursement de mon séjour m a était remboursé très rapidement Heureusement que j'avais un amis pas très loin sinon mon séjour avec mes enfants aurait était très embêtant Encore merci à la personne qui gère la location et je garde malgres tout l'adresse pour un futur séjour Cordialement Mr gilles
