Beautiful grounds surround this very private newly renovated guest cottage on a modest Montecito estate. Spectacular old growth live oak trees dot the property and provide welcome shade to relax under to enjoy our warm Montecito weather. Montecito village and beaches are just a short drive away on lovely rural style roads. World class hiking and mountain bike trails are within walking distance. This cottage emphasizes outdoor living with multiple gathering spaces for dining, socializing and enjoying a warm fire on our cool evenings

Lovely Cottage

In heaven

This little cottage is tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood. It has everything you need! It also has an enclosed yard for those with pets. The location is convenient. We liked it so much we look forward to our return.

Wonderful cottage

Quaint and adorable cottage on lovely bigger property. House was clean, quiet (except for some squirrels on the roof!😉) very private with lovely outdoor amenities like lounge chairs for the last rays of sun, large outdoor dining space with heater and a nice fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs which we sadly did not have the opportunity to use. Next time! Communications with Annette were great and quick. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Annette!

Dream Cottage

The best location with the best host! Super responsive and the cottage was very clean. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a place to stay in this area. I would definitely rent again when in town!

Beautiful and comfy stay!

The property is as described and has very thoughtful details including a generous amount of towels and cushions which make us very home from home. Communication with Annette was excellent and the garden area is a delight with multiple seating and lounging options.

Amazing cottage in a garden setting

The Montecito Cottage is an amazing cottage nestled in a garden setting. The cottage and grounds are simply beautiful and offer a relaxing, peaceful oasis. Annette has incorporated so many lovely touches in the beautiful cottage, you won't be disappointed. The kitchen is well stocked and we prepared many of our meals there. We'll be back!

Bucolic and private getaway

What a pleasure. The cottage is beautiful and well appointed with appliances and all you need. It was immaculate and that bed was so comfortable that as soon as we put our heads on the pillow we were out. It is in the cpuntty, but just ten minutes from downtown Sanra Barbara to the point where we had a McConnell's ice cream craving at 1035pm one night, i could make it there and back in no time. Truky soecial.

rainy days in paradise

We’d planned our stay in Montecito to take advantage of the outdoors, wanting to walk along the beach, hike in hills, etc. The cottage seemed perfectly designed for outdoor living with its french doors and lovely yard. Unfortunately, the Santa Barbara area was hit with a horrendous December storm and we spent most of our holiday inside. The cottage was still lovely, with the large modern TV offering much entertainment and the beautiful bedroom offering cozy respite from the weather. We did manage to get some dog walks in, walking up the road, which is beautiful and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Annette’s guest cottage was the perfect size and location for our stay. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, and it’s very quiet. Beautiful, private, and peaceful

Quiet and private.

The cottage is charming and well equipped. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, private and quiet. We had our own private fully fenced yard. Great for dog owners. We will definitely stay here again.

Holiday Delight

This is our second stay at this delightful Montecito cottage. I would encourage others to stay here because it is within walking distance to a very pretty hiking trail. In addition, thoughtful holiday touches were evident. There was a lovely wreath on the door and a poinsettia in the living room. The outdoor space has beautiful landscaping and a fire pit!

Cozy Country Hideaway

Up in the leafy hills of Montecito, this is like visiting a lovely country house while minutes driving from Santa Barbara's beaches, restaurants and the rest. Well furnished and equipped. Great outdoor spaces. Lots of privacy.
