The apartment is located on the raised ground floor and has an independent entrance.
It is composed of an entrance with cupboards, one bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a second bedroom with single bunk beds and a shower-room with a washing-machine and toilets that can be reached driectly from each bedroom.
On the canal side, a living-room with a well-furnished open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, small fridge, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine) leading to the terrace.

A large terrace with a cosy set of garden furnitures that will allow you to enjoy the view while having an aperitif.

The beach is 600m far from the apartment and the restaurants are less than 5-minute away by walk.
Free access to the Coches d'eau shuttles to go by boat to the center or to one of the beaches of Port Grimaud.
Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (water activities, gulf, spa, amusement park...)
Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime...
