Beautiful oasis

Absolutely gorgeous driveway in with all the greenery. Loved having the playground and caboose. Very nice to have books to read at night for bedtime. Peaceful and quiet community. Very much enjoyed the fresh eggs waiting on us!

We were very pleased with the over all experience.

Very accommodating, owner/manager very friendly had good visits with her. Space was nice and clean. We would definitely look into renting this again.

I'm a writer/photographer/artist, so I'm usually around the property somewhere, but we will leave you alone in the guest unit unless you need something. We live in another building on the property. We are often around to help, but otherwise we will leave you to enjoy your trip. You may encounter other guests or friends out in the food forest.

Why they chose this property

This unit is unlike anything else in the area. Lots of nature, lots of wildlife, amazingly peaceful but close to everything--great shopping, great food, and the world's best beach. We are 20 minutes from Raymond James Stadium, and 20 minutes from TWO baseball spring training stadiums. We have the Dali Museum in St. Petersburg, and Disney World is two hours away. Busch Gardens is about a 40-minute drive, and the Clearwater sea-quarium is about 20 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

An artist designed this house, so it's quirky and fun. Lots of unexpected touches in the building and the gardens--or jungle, if you prefer. In 2023, we began working on our "edible food forest"--so while we don't recommend you walk through the forest munching on just anything, there are lots of unique plants to discover and enjoy!
