We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Granzay-Gript, this charming house of a surface of 83 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 19 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 2 000 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the first floor:

On the 1st floor:
Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 x 190) and a double sofa bed (140 x 190).
Bedroom 2 : a single bed (120 x 190) and a single bed (90 x 190)
- A shower room with shower, basin and WC.

Outside :
- A beautiful garden of 2,000 m² enclosed by a hedge with two accesses, a gate on the street side and a gate on the communal side giving onto a playground.
- A terrace of 22 m² facing North with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron, barbecue, bicycle room.

The house is ideally located in Granzay-Gript, in a very pleasant environment, next to a playground for children and teenagers (structure, basketball court etc..). You will be able to benefit from the nearby towns of Beauvoir-sur-Niort and Frontenay-Rohan-Rohan with all the essential stores but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
