About this property

Maison familiale 90m2 au pied de la dune à proximité immédiate de la plage avec jardin arboré et clos de 1000m2 avec terrasse , boulodrome, barbecue.
L'île de Noirmoutier a gardé toute son authenticité pour passer des séjours familiaux agréable avec ses nombreuses pistes cyclables au milieu des marais salants.
Maison idéale pour 4 ou 5 personnes. Equipement prévu pour les touts petits (chaise haute, lit parapluie) jeu de plage et jeux de société pour les plus grands à disposition.
Depuis cette année nous louons aussi une autre maison construite en 2023, pour 4 personnes (voir annonce sur la plate forme) sur le même terrain. Possibilité si vous êtes un groupe amis et famille de 9 à 10 personnes de réserver les 2 logements.
