For up to 14 people (or 15, with 1 person in another 8. Room or 18 with extra apartment), unique holiday chalet was originally built in the style of a historic farmhouse and offers with 15 rooms and various ancillary rooms on a total of 400 square meters plenty of space for a relaxing holiday.

HOLIDAY PROPERTY WITH 7 BEDROOMS, 4 BATHROOMS AND 6 WC - and one extra apartment possible:
During construction, only new natural materials were used according to the old model. The selected outdoor natural wood was Uncoated painted to achieve a natural weathering. As for the interior was also placed on natural materials largest value without compromising on modern technology, such as individually controlled underfloor heating throughout the house. Prior to conversion for holiday purposes, the building served as the residence of the local doctor and practice. The house is increased with a sunny south / west orientation Birkenweg 4 (350 m from the center) in a beautiful residential area - back to the end of a small cul de sac with beautiful views over the valley and the mountains, to the Kaiser Mountains. The impressive living room with two spacious dining areas, toasty warming oven base and lowered brick seating area with (decorative) fireplace makes for a good mood and invites you to linger. In the adjacent glazed and wide covered patio and on the surrounding terrace can be found on over 100 square meters, both summer and winter, a sunny and cozy place to enjoy the view of the mountains, or for barbecues. The outdoor teak furniture can spend wonderful hours. The new, high-gloss Alno kitchen (and extra side kitchen / utility room) with two refrigerators, oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave forms deliberately modern contrast.
Old oak planks run through the whole attic. Here is the master bedroom with beautiful views of the Untersberg, a noble modern bathroom and toilet, the large gallery and another small room with a double bed and a hall, which is divided open with natural wood of the gallery. On the garden level is well separated by a hallway from the living area, large bedroom, the bright rest room for the sauna and a particularly exclusive bathroom with shower and tub, wholly with real travertine (Alt-marble) is designed. On the hillside you will find three further bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and an extra guest toilet (as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer, cloakrooms and storerooms) and another 70 square meter living and fun area with TV room (with 65 INCH 4K SMART). TV) and billiard room (with kicker) and, behind an extra entrance, an apartment with bathroom and toilet. This is always ensured that even with larger groups for each a retreat there. The sunny garden is practically invisible. Here you will also find the sauna house. And in the basement is ample space for parking of ski equipment or bicycles. Garages and enough parking spaces are available for your cars.
In the immediate vicinity are the ski bus stop, ski trails and hiking trails. The center and thus the shops, restaurants, the sledding hill, the Schirmbar and the indoor pool are within walking distance.

The apartment is the only one so far demarcated area of the house and can only be rented together with the chalet.
