Spacious basement of a single family house. This place was newly renovated. Includes spacious bedroom, kitchenette, full bathroom, 2 beds (2 queen bed and 1 twin sofa bed). Safe location, nearby restaurants, Potomac Mills shopping mall, and the Virginia Railway Express. We like to keep our place looking new for the pleasure of our guests. Our place does not accommodate smoking, inside or outside and no pets. Parking is available in front of the the house next to mailbox or close to the stop sign and then follow the steps and lights straight to the rear entrance of your suite.

Quiet, clean, private and good value for the price. Would definitely look to stay there should we return to Virginia again.

Clean basement

The bottom line with these rentals is was it clean. This property was very clean, and as described on the website. The owner who I did meet was very nice and patient, as I had made a mistake on the checkout date, and had us staying one more night than I booked. So we checked out later than we were supposed to once we were notified by VRBO we needed to checkout it was well past 11. The neighborhood was nice and we had no concerns for our vehicle on the street. We could hear the home owners walking above us, it is a basement. If in the DC area again I'd stay there again.
