This was a beautiful home for the first part of our anniversary celebration. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and it was an excellent experience.
This place was so cute and just perfect for my little family. Super close to a park to take my toddler to play and also close to silver mountain for our trip to the water park.

Love the stay here. The host made some exceptions for you us which eased some stress. They were amazing hots. This place had everything you could need. It was cozy, clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. Can’t wait to book again.
We came up to ride the Hiawatha, among other activities in the area. The location was centrally located and the price was right. Gorgeously decorated, comfy bed, and loved the little kid's nook underneath the gable in the bedroom! One of the draws was being able to store my bike safely in the garage. Didn't use the patio or sauna --, too busy sightseeing. Additional perk was the tavern less than a block away so we could watch the ball game. Ate at the restaurants, so the only thing used in the kitchen was the coffee pot. Parking is FCFS but we never had trouble getting a close spot. Kathryn, the hostess, was great. She was able to accommodate us for an extra night. The only con I can speak to was the quality of the toilet paper. Cheap 1-ply is not my style. (But that's a pretty easy fix) Will definitely want to stay again in the future!
Overall impression was that it was a lot smaller than it seemed in the post - while it was clean it was “worn” looking therefore making it seem not entirely clean if that makes sense . The street the property is on is right above the downtown - not a completely comfortable neighborhood and two doors down looks like a drug house slum along with some other questionable properties . Parking is on the street - very limited and hit or miss . I had booked it for myself / my adult son but there was only one bed and a worn looking couch - neither of us wanted to sleep on the couch and we weren’t sharing a bed so we ended up not even staying there and getting another place - our family friend ended up staying there by himself . Also - there is only one bathroom that is upstairs attached to the bedroom so you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom . It was ok / probably priced correctly for what it was but it’s not our style or what we are used to .
We stayed for 3-nights to celebrate our son's birthday. We spent one day at the water park and one day skiing. It was definitely a cozy fit, but with the 2-level condo, having the kitchen, main living & sleeper sofa on the main floor and the bedroom & bathroom on the 2nd floor, it worked. There are a lot of shelves to be able to place personal items on the main & 2nd floor.
I would say the part that made the condo feel more roomy was the access to the common game room, which is a short walk (maybe 50 ft) through the parking garage, which is even with the landing between the main and 2nd floor. It was a large game room with a pool table, ping pong table, x-box, sitting area w/gas fireplace and many board games, along with a reading area and a bathroom. We all loved the game area and had the place to ourselves every time we went in.
The other nice part is that the condo is within walking distance of a grocery store (maybe 1/3 mile). We would definitely stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay! Very clean! Great centralized location and within minutes of Silver Mountain. The owner was very responsive to my questions. I would recommend this rental to others looking to stay in the area.
The process of renting was so easy and the owner was very responsive and prompt with all communications. The location is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I would happily rent again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
