This semi-detached house has an entrance hall, a living room with a 140cm sofa bed and a decorative fireplace, opening onto a pretty terrace and enclosed garden.
Its kitchen area is equipped with a 2-burner hob, a hood, a microwave, a mini-oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a table-top refrigerator and a dishwasher...
A bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet, on the ground floor.

On the first floor there is a mezzanine with a 90cm bed and a bedroom with a 160cm bed.

You have the possibility to park in front of the house, in the courtyard closed by a gate.

NO HEATING SYSTEM - PRIVATE PARKING SPACE - PETS NOT ALLOWED - TERRACE - ENCLOSED GARDEN

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. très bien situé

Cette location est bien aménagée,il ne manque rien. Très bien situé,5 mn a vélo du centre et de la plage, 15mn à vélo de Royan et du bac pour aller en face à Soulac pointe du médoc. Par contre le boulevard est assez passant et le frigo fait des bruit de l'espace (jamais entendu ça ailleurs !)donc si vous avez une femme avec un sommeil léger:pas facile de faire des nuit pleine. La séparation de la terrasse n'est pas pour nous assez efficace.la partie herbeuse offre une vue imprenable sur la location d'à coté.
