Good Family Vacation Spot

We really enjoyed our trip here. John the property manager was very helpful and responsive. The suite was roomy and very clean. The pools and activities on the property were great for families. Overall, very good experience. We had to wait quite a bit longer to check in (3 hours) than expected with luggage and small children so this was not ideal, but it was also spring break so a very busy time and cleaning staff was probably limited. We were also charged $40 by the concierge who did not explain this was to attend a sales presentation that we were unable to attend and this was not clearly explained. We thought it was to open a tab for our room and amongst the loud chaos of trying to get checked it, this was not articulated clearly by the concierge. None of this was the fault of the property owner. We would gladly stay here again, but would just be aware of these things in advance.
