Lingerlong House and Cottages are right downtown Brevard on one of downtowns largest private estate lots. Convenient location walkable to downtown and exercise path around town right out the front door. Interior is filled with custom touches, wood interior, high end appliances soapstone counters and a kitchen with gas range. 5 bedroom 2 bath home with King sized master suite with office and relaxing area including king sized bed with lots of natural light. Other four bedrooms have Queen sized beds. Home is full of character and quality finishes, builders previous personal home. Lingerlong is a very unique setting with multiple homes that have always been owned by 1 family that rented rooms to people escaping the heat of SC back in the day and has in the last few years been completely professionally renovated and landscaped with quality as the basis of every decision instilled into every home. Ideal location for family retreats or groups of friends ready for a gathering or basecamp for their next adventure.

Brevard MTB trip

Family getaway

This was a great place to meet up for a family get-together in the mountains. We had three different groups and the layout of the house worked well for each of us to have our own space--having five bedrooms was helpful. Our trip included a trip to the Brevard Music Center, always a pleasure. Also, Smoke On BBQ was amazing! Thank you for a great stay!
