The property is nice but check in took until 6pm and the elevators are terrible.

The room itself was good but the lifts need urgent upgrading. We were on the 19th floor, some days we had to walk down the stairs as every lift that stop was full. There are 3 lifts and on occasions only one was working. When checking out we waited 40 minutes to get a lift down. As we had luggage it was impossible to use the stairs.
