About this property

The studio is on the first floor and it has a front porch. Its only a 6-minute drive from downtown Cincinnati. Enjoy proximity, without having to deal with the difficulty of parking or the high traffic of downtown. Bedroom has a queen sized bed with s beautiful chandelier. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed.
Bathroom has all toiletries and towels provided. TV access with local Wi-Fi and access to my Netflix account.

Do not rent this property

We never received any communication from the host regarding how to check in or access the property, so we had to book other accommodations. More than 2 weeks after our "stay", I'm still trying to get a refund, as VRBO keeps trying to reach out to thr unresponsive host.

Worst experience ever!!!

My husband and I got to the property and I was looking through my emails and correspondence and realized that I had not received the key to get it. I called the property owner and he said that he did not have me down for that day and that he would check into it and call me back, but never did. We drove 2 hours for a concert and had to dish out more money UNEXPECTEDLY because of the inconvenience. I will probably never reserve another listing on VRBO.

Waiting to find out about a refund

House was filthy rat feces in full out bed (holes chewed in bedding. Rat feces in kitchen drawers and cabinets... bathroom feces in cabinets floor and toilet dirty. On two towels for 3 people. Kitchen had no silverware dirty dishes, sink, table. Front room has dirty mantas with spilled drink and a comb with hair in it. Thank goodness we brought pillows and blankets because my son had to sleep on the floor which was not clean either until we could check into a hotel .
