- a mezzanine sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bathroom with shower,
- an equipped open-plan kitchen (kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine and fan.

Just a stone’s throw from the Alsace-Lorraine garden, this accommodation will grant you easy access to the city on foot or by public transport. If you wish to enjoy nautical activities, the Port of Nice is only 12 minutes away by bike. For a bit of cultural activities, the Masséna Museum will be just a 5-min walk away and the Fine Arts Museum of Nice, with its park and typical Nice architecture, at 10 min by public transport.
