The Villa Santa Maria has a spacious living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and large windows offering a breathtaking view and direct access to the terrace. The living room is overlooked by a mezzanine where a relaxation area and an office corner are furnished.

The Villa has a total of four bedrooms and sleeps seven. Two of them have a double bed and a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a double bed and a single bed respectively, and there is also an additional bathroom.
Outside, there are sun loungers on the terrace so you can enjoy the sun and the view. There is also a dining area with a table and chairs and a small private path to the Courlis beach.
The layout of the villa and its exterior allows everyone to enjoy moments of conviviality with family or friends, and offers several living spaces so that you can enjoy your holiday at your own pace.

The Villa Santa Maria is located in the very quiet area of 44 hectares on the tip of Cap Ferret. A true haven of peace, it is an ideal place to relax and recharge your batteries while enjoying the beach.
Access to the property is by car or bicycle, and it is possible to park a car in the driveway, which is entirely partitioned.

The stay fee includes the provision of household linen and cleaning for stays of up to one week. For any additional week, the sum of €500 will be added to the stay fee and will include the weekly change of household linen and cleaning.

A deposit of €3,000 is required, in the form of a cheque handed over on the day of arrival or a bank transfer received no later than the day before arrival.
