Boasting lovely lake views and a spacious two-level deck, this fantastic home will be the perfect place to bring the whole family on a vacation you won't soon forget. Spending time in the fresh air will be unique, yet lake views await from nearly every room, so everyone can slip into vacation mode anywhere. Entertaining the whole group will be a breeze with the open-concept layout, as everyone can easily gather in the living room as smells of a home-cooked meal waft in from the well-equipped kitchen. After enjoying a glass of wine, everyone can head down to the game room downstairs and indulge in some friendly competition with a game of foosball!

Though this will feel like a secluded cabin in the woods in all the best ways, endless activities await you mere minutes from your front door. Make the short walk over to several eateries for a bite to eat. Even more fun can be found at Lake Arrowhead Village, where you can easily access the lake or pop into local shops. Plus, Santa's Village offers mountain biking, dining, and great activities for kids, big and small.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Old and Dusty

It started good after checking in and went down hill real quick. Our first night the AC upstairs wasn’t working. Called for repair but wasn’t able to fix it and given 3 fans. We tried sleeping in the master but it was 96 degrees, dusty and caused major allergy on my toddler that she developed a fever. We slept in the living on the first night as we can’t stand the heat. Second day they sent someone towards the night to fix the AC and was able to but my toddler is so bad that she can barely open her eyes and still have a slight fever that we decided to leave 2 nights early because the dust and heat was causing too much problems. Doesn’t help that the cabin next door is also having repairs or construction. We mentioned leaving early and all they can say is “No problem about this”. Wish they can offer more than that. Sleeping on the floor in the living room for the amount we paid isn’t ideal.

Great Get away

Good location with view to the lake. There is a small market, Jensen in like 3 minutes drive and a 7 minutes drive to Stater Bros market if you need more choices. We had our breakfast and dinner at the house every day. Outdoor grill come with the full tank of gas. Full kitchen with utensils and basic pot and pan. Salt and black pepper were provided. Grilling equipment is provided as well. Remember to bring your preferred ground coffee or grab one from the market. Bring your own creamer as well. We don’t add sugar but they are available in the house. Enough beds for us. Two TVs and kids took over the one in the game room where there is a foosball table.
