Come experience the undeniable charm of a custom built tiny house.Part beach cottage, part woodland cabin. You will feel like a kid at camp. This tiny house lives large for all seasons. Custom tile shower and upstairs spacious enough for a king size bed. Wake up & enjoy your coffee on the balcony and enjoy a glass of wine at sunset with a view of lake Hamilton. A private court yard offers a charcoal grill and the fun of an outdoor shower. This beautiful doll house has been carefully planned and built using reclaimed timbers & historic brick pavers. Decorated with every attention to detail. Kitchen area provides fridge with freezer, microwave, full size coffee maker, as well as electric skillet. Other cooking implements available by request. Come play in our quaint but active town of historic Hot Springs. So much to do, so much to see. We also have a splendid loft apartment available on our adjoining property. The prefect quaint getaway!

This tiny house was exactly as advertised and PERFECT for my 2 day trip to see the eclipse. Beautiful views of the water, quirky and eclectic style, and close enough to Hot Springs to not be a long drive (yet still out of the way). I met Marlena, who lives nearby, and she was kind, helpful, and very personable. I would definitely stay here again!

This little place was beautiful, clean and quiet with a great view of the lake! The owner was really nice and very accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Unique Place to Stay

This was our first time in a Tiny House and it was a fun and unique experience. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor living area due to the cooler temperatures, so we will be back during warmer weather. Put this one on your bucket list, it’s a great place!
