We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Lamentin in Martinique, this charming flat air-conditioned with sight sea, of a surface of 84 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 43 m², an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy two balconies. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The flat is composed as follows:
- A living room of 43 m² with TV, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A lingerie area.
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- Two balconies of 5 m² each accessible from two bedrooms, one facing South and the second facing North.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Lamentin in a residential, commercial and cultural area 5 minutes from Fort de France, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, shopping centre (88 shops and restaurants)...

- Nearest airport: Fort de France airport about 7 minutes by car.
