L'appartement entièrement rénové, a été décoré avec goût et offre un très bel espace. L'emplacement est tout simplement idéal, puisqu'en bas de l'immeuble, le passage nous permet tantôt d'aller rue du Temple où il y a tous les commerces, tantôt d'aller vers le vieux port. Seul bémol: le vitrage ne permet pas d'être isolé des nombreux passages dans la rue, de jour comme de nuit, dans le salon et dans l'une des chambres à coucher. Heureusement, les hôtes ont pensé à tout: deux lits côte à côte, vous permettront heureusement, de dormir côté cour. Quelques finitions mériteraient de légères améliorations: ex. certains placards ne ferment pas totalement / la lunette des WC n'est pas tout à fait dans l'axe et le revêtement du sol, gondole dans l'angle / enfin, l'une des douches n'a pas de pente, ce qui ne permet pas à l'eau de s'écouler correctement. Il est dommage qu'il n'y ait aucun rideau dans le salon, ni aucun volet dans les pièces. Ce sont de petits détails qui n'enlèvent rien au charme de l'appartement.
