This house is equipped with city gas central heating and air conditioning. You have the possibility to park two vehicles in the driveway. You have at your disposal garden furniture, deckchairs and a stone barbecue. You can enjoy the stretches of sand, the dune paths without forgetting the sports activities with the nautical base, the skate park, the tennis and petanque courts. Une maison plutôt spacieuse et confortable dans un quartier très calme.

La maison est assez grande, avec un jardin qui permet aux enfants de s'ébattre et de jouer à l'extérieur. La décoration n'est pas de la plus grande sobriété mais c'est affaire de goût. L'équipement en vaisselle, couverts et ustensiles de cuisine est parfait, hormis l'absence de bouilloire. On a regretté aussi l'absence d'étendoir à linge, ce qui est un problème, notamment par temps de pluie. La maison est assez sonore à l'intérieur et les interrupteurs électriques des chambres de l'étage, bizarrement disposés sur le palier et non repérés, donnent lieu à des confusions d'éclairage qui peuvent être gênantes en pleine nuit. De surcroît, la porte de la chambre des enfants (celle à deux lits) est dotée d'un vitrage donnant sur le palier qui éclaire celle-ci chaque fois qu'on allume ledit palier, de sorte qu'il faut trouver le moyen de masquer ce vitrage. Hormis ces petits inconvénients, le quartier est calme et la maison, située à 15' à pied du front de mer permet de belles balades dans les dunes.
