This apartment is ideally located for all your trips on foot: less than 100m from Port Fréjus 2, less than 5 minutes from the nature base allowing free access in complete safety to the sandy beaches but also to sports activities (skate park , jogging, rollerblading, cycling, mountain biking, basketball, etc.), 5 mins from the Géant hypermarket and its shopping mall, 10/15 mins from Aqualand and LunaPark, Fréjus Plage and the historic town center from Fréjus, you will have understood that you can leave your car on the private site that goes with the accommodation.
You will appreciate the calm offered by the accommodation, whose balcony overlooks lush greenery and a fountain with a water jet.
The 50 m2 accommodation (excluding the bedroom area on the mezzanine) is composed of an entrance hall with storage cupboards, a living room on the right with a 2-seater sofa bed, table and chairs for taking meals, storage chests of drawers , TV, an open kitchen with equipment: ceramic hob, extractor, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and other small household appliances. On the left a separate toilet, a bathroom with washing machine, a bedroom with a 140cm double bed with plenty of storage. The 2 rooms, bedroom and living room open onto the 15 m2 balcony allowing meals for 8 people. Upstairs, mezzanine with 2 separate rooms, a first with 90cm bunk beds, and a 110 cm bed and a second room with a 140cm bed. The ventilation of its 2 rooms is done by a Velux type opening.
The exposure of the balcony is East / South East and the sun passes to the other side at the end of the morning allowing the accommodation to be cool in the evening.
Private parking is associated with the rental (many other free parking lots nearby).
For your particularly lively evenings in the area, the many restaurants, lounge bars, rooftops will allow you so many moments of sharing and conviviality.
The night market, the various and varied events, the fireworks, the luna-park also accessible on foot also complete this offer for beautiful summer evenings.
Nearby: Saint-Raphael and its Old Port (departures of blue boats for beautiful getaways to Saint-Tropez and the Lérins Islands off Cannes), the Gorges de Verdon, Saint Cassien lake and many other places which A2D Port Fréjus will present to you if you wish.
