No pet request

Asked for properties that did not allow pets due to family allergies. 1st thing we see upon arrival. Dog pic on window, dog pillow in living room, dog books. Area for leashes to be kept. Also left behind clothing by mistake and have failed to reach someone to help us retrieve those items
