Amazing little apartment

The apartment was located very centrally in Paris. It was a short walk to the subway station. There is a good pizza restaurant right across the street. If you are looking for a place to sleep, this is your place. I would stay here again!!

Pas pour les familles.. ni pour les allergiques à la poussière

L'appartement est très bien situé. Mais il a 2 étages, avec des escaliers à proscrire avec de jeunes enfants. Il n'y a pas de table pour manger, juste une table "bar" collée comme une paroi.. et la table à l'étage alors que la cuisine est en bas, pas pratique! Il faudrait également investir dans les ustensiles de cuisine : 1 seule poêle cabossée et 1 casserole avec une poignée cassée! même pas d'égouttoir pour égoutter les pates! Pas de grille pain pour le petit dej. Et attention aux allergiques à la poussière : les murs sont en pierres, jolies certes mais de la poussière tombe tout le temps (d'ailleurs, ne pas mettre les sacs contre les murs). Bref, juste pour dormir, ça passe mais avec des enfants si on veut manger sur place, c'est un peu compliqué.

Cozy Apartment

Clear instructions made it very easy to access the apartment which was super convenient on the ground floor. The place was very cozy with kitchenette downstairs with one of the bedrooms. We visited in one of the hottest months on record, so we took advantage of the provided fans, but imagine that under normal conditions it wouldn't be so warm. The upstairs sleeping areas aren't private, if that is a consideration; it wasn't an issue for us.

Voyage juillet 2023 « propreté

Un appartement bien situé sur Paris, il permet tous les accessibilités rapidement. Mais le contact avec la gestionnaire est très court et froid. Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement en bazar, lits pas fait, serviettes usagées qui traînaient de partout des sanitaires sales des cacahuètes et verres sur la table. Pour réponse à cela « la femme de ménage a prit du retard » Elle est arrivée sans charge de draps et serviettes, on nous a répondu il y a une laverie plus long 🙄, pour trois lits doubles à laver et et les serviettes oui bien sûr. Nous sommes partis et revenus après les lits étaient fait mais nous ne n’avons pas la certitude qu’ils ai vraiment été lavés. La douches est clairement pas propre les photos. Dommage que je ne puisse pas mettre celles que j’ai prises, celles de l’annonce date sûrement du début. Et il y a des petites bêtes (cafards pour ne pas les nommer)qui passent régulièrement sur le sol. Les murs en pierres s’effritent et le sol est remplie de morceaux et poussière. La wifi est difficile à capté dans la chambre du bas. Sans la localisation c’est appartement aurait mérité zéro.

Mold and no airflow - look elsewhere

Property has 2 areas. Street level has a bed and a pullout couch along with a bathroom. There are very narrow, step stairs to below street level to another bed and the kitchenette area and washer. There is only 1 window and it opens to street level - a bit noisy and no privacy if open. Our main concern was mold in the shower and stuffy air/mold smell in the basement level. There were a couple of fans to try and force air down there, but it was still bad enough to cause an allergic reaction for me and we checked out a day early. Given 1 window and a heat wave, we were very uncomfortable. Perhaps this might be better in winter? Wifi was broken, and no cell signal in basement. Contact was travelling and unable to help/respond to most emails until the last day with a "sorry". We asked for some credit given we left early, but it wasn't given. Others complained about crumbling walls (true) and hard beds, but those didn't bother us as much ...
