Charming flat with patio, parking and beach

THE ACCOMMODATION
There will be significant renovation works taking place for a duration of three months, from May 1st to May 31st. Therefore, the current photos may not provide a comprehensive representation for summer bookings. These renovations are aimed at enhancing the comfort of the accommodations.
In a small residence, you will stay close to the beach of La Milady. You will be able to hear the sound of the waves from afar while enjoying the 15 m² patio.
The kitchen, perfectly equipped, will allow you to cook like at home (coffee machine, oven, microwave...), it is open on the bright living room.

The first bedroom has a bunk bed and 3 single beds for children under 17.
A master bedroom with a 160 cm bed. All the necessary storage space is available.
The bathroom has a bathtub, a single vanity unit, a towel dryer and a toilet.
This residence has a swimming pool accessible from 9am to 7pm. (attention this swimming pool is not supervised and open only in summer)

Located in the Milady district, you are 3 minutes walk from the beach and the Thalmar spa, which is very popular with the Biarrots.


PARKING

A secure parking space is provided in a box in front of your accommodation.
You also have the possibility to park on the free parking of the beach (4 minutes walk from the accommodation).

THE SERVICES

Linen (bedding and towels) and cleaning are included in the price.
A free wifi connection is allocated to the flat, suitable for teleworking.

We can give you excellent recommendations on current activities or events on the coast.
If you are looking for a surf teacher, yoga teacher or even a babysitter we have the best contacts to make sure you have a great holiday.

DEPOSIT

A bank deposit of €400 will be required as part of the rental. You will be required to pay a service charge of €5.10.
In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation.
The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limits.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally between 4pm and 8pm, although later arrivals are possible on request and at an additional cost.
For arrival between 8pm and 10pm: 35 euros.
For arrivals between 10pm and midnight: 65 euros.
For arrivals after midnight: 100 euros.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The beachfront promenade and children's playground. Handiplage activity with tiralos and Handisurf with direct access to the sea.

You are on the border of the magnificent town of Bidart with the beach of Ilbarritz which is 4 minutes walk from your accommodation.
With a little more than 300 m of sand, you will be able to fully enjoy this beach of the Basque Coast which is supervised during the summer season, from mid June to the end of October. Sportsmen can also play golf on a beautiful course that surrounds and overlooks the beach.

The beach is equipped with toilets and showers and two restaurants.
Dogs are not allowed during the surveillance period.
The sloping access is suitable for people with reduced mobility.
You can get there by bike via the Vélodyssée or by bus from the "Ilbarritz" stop.

Côte des Basques is 5 minutes away by car.
Bibi Beaurivage district 5 minutes away by car
Halles de Biarritz at 8 minutes by car (centre of Biarritz).

During the school holidays there are shuttle buses that take you directly to the centre of Biarritz in 10 minutes.
