Please note the following schedule for our outdoor pool availability:

Pool Closed: Until July 20th
Pool Open: From July 20th to Labor Day Weekend
Pool Closed: After Labor Day until Memorial Day 2025

The pool will be available for guests from July 20th to Labor Day Weekend. This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues.

This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, a seasonally heated indoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub. Enjoy a delicious meal at the on-site restaurant. The recently updated conference room is perfect for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor splash pad, an outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally) as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).

Upon entering SunDestin unit 711, you will be welcomed with a spacious bedroom with warm, welcoming décor and a king-sized bed, along with an attached bathroom. A set of twin bunks is nestled in the hall, ideal for additional guests to have their own relaxation space. Down the hall, the fully equipped kitchen awaits, perfect for making home-cooked meals. In the spacious living room, there is comfortable seating for up to six guests and a large flat-screen television, ideal for unwinding with your loved ones after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all that Destin has to offer.

Incredible gulf-front views of the Gulf of Mexico welcomes you from the living room and spacious balcony. Wake up to the relaxing sound of the waves while sipping on your morning coffee or experience the sun setting over the emerald green waters in the evening. This lovely one-bedroom vacation rental offers relaxing sleeping options for up to six people with a large king bed in the master bedroom, a twin bunk bed nestled in the hallway, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
