About this property

Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath open floor plan in North Wildwood on a quiet street with mostly single family homes (East 20th between Surf & Atlantic). 1 block from the beach & boardwalk. Sleeps 7. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an adjustable frame. Plenty of closet/dresser space for storage. The master bath is newly renovated as of 2021 and has a new shower stall, new flooring and installation of a new washer and dryer. The 2nd bedroom has a new full size bed with a twin bunk above it. The 2nd bath has a tub/shower and new floor to match the master bath. There is also a brand new sleeper sofa in the living room with a queen size mattress. The building is a 4 unit condo, so not motel looking. There are 2 off street parking spaces, POOL, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, kitchen & living room, grill, new washer & dryer, new dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen and a large storage unit with beach chairs and beach cart. There is plenty of deck space to relax outside. Both by the pool and off the back door of our unit which overlooks the pool. Fireworks can be seen from the deck on Friday nights. Board games, books and cards are also available. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
