Cuddle up next to the wood-burning fireplace after a day of skiing or snowshoeing out your door then take a dip in the community hot tub just steps away.
3 bedrooms plus an open loft, dining room, and laundry room with washer/dryer. 1 king bed in master, 2 queen beds each in their own private rooms, and 1 day bed with a pull-out trundle in the open loft area. One reserved parking space in front of the unit and visitor parking throughout complex. Small children not allowed due to potential hazards of the open split-level floor plan.
Skiing Access: Take the free shuttle from your front door to the Beaver Creek Village. Ski-in and ski-out from the bottom of the street -- this requires a short walk down the street and a hike to the top of the ski way; you will ski from there down to Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express. Skiing-in requires a walk from the ski way to the top of the street where the townhouse is. OR, take a free shuttle to/from your doorway to the Centennial Station.

Summer Months: During summer, the outdoor activities are plentiful. Hiking and mountain biking is out your door with colorful trees and beautiful creeks nearby. The heated pool is opened during the Summer. The village offers family activities like miniature golf, bungee trampoline, ping-pong and more. Or take a quick drive or longer walk down to Avon to Nottingham Lake for a picnic or to SUP.
