The villa features air conditionning, a dressing room, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine.
Note that the cleaning, towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. A tourist tax of 2.5 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed. Parties are not allowed.
There are two guard dogs on the property. they are in a kennel and are taken out at night.
