The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure. Guests are responsible for all electric charges exceeding $75 per week, $125 per 2 weeks, $175 per 3 weeks and $200 per month & thereafter.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At first sight, the house was nice and central to Marco Island with a nice neighborhood for the kids to ride around in bikes. However, the pool was dirty the day we stepped in, and even though we sent an email asking for them to come clean it they never came. Even though we are in raining season, the pool was not dirty due to that. The water was cloudy with yellow and black streaks along the walls. My family couldn’t enjoy the pool on our third day because it was clogged from all the sunscreen and tanning lotion, so I had to clean it as best as I could. The rooms were nice, but the house was very hot when we came in. The bathrooms were nice as well but they had no running hot water. One of my kids even saw a snake out in the yard beyond the pool. The barbecue didn’t have gas but they responded quickly when we asked them to bring it. Other than that, the family room and bike amenities were very nice for my children. Overall a 3/5

Perfect Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for our family of 6. Very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for daily meals, biking and beach accessories. Our older kids loved the entertainment room for gaming and movies. We were only 10 minutes from Tiger-tail beach and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.This was the perfect stay for us!
