I am pleased to welcome you in my charming 51 square meters apartment which is located on the 1st floor without elevator and situated in Aubervilliers.
It is charming, well equipped and can accommodate 4 people. You will have everything at your disposal to spend a comfortable stay!
You will stay close to all amenities and close to Paris!

My apartment is composed of two bedrooms; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a bathroom with an XXL bathtub; and a living room with a television to relax you after an intense day.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, Raclette machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Iron, Hairdryer, Fan, Smart TV.
A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.

My accommodation is located near everything you may need on a daily basis: various bars, restaurants and shops.
For your small shopping, you will find the supermarket "PROXI SUPER" and a "Franprix", respectively at 6 minutes and 8 minutes of walk.
You will also be very well served by the different public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings!

You will be ten minutes walk from the Fort d'Aubervilliers and close to the town hall. Direct bus to the Stade de France is nearby.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!

Wohnung roch nach Fisch, Gardinenstange so locker, dass diese am 2. Tag herunter gefallen ist, Verkleidung vom Kühlschrank nicht damit verbunden, bei einem Stuhl fehlten die Mutter der Schrauben, d.h. der Stuhl war sehr wackelig (Fallgefahr), die Umgebung nicht vertrauenswürdig, ...
