Worst experience ever

BEWARE.. STAY AWAY!! I had a terrible experience staying at this property. Right from the beginning I could feel that it's going to be a bad experience and exactly that's what happened. The lady at the check-in was extremely rude, not just with me but other guests as well. At the time of check-in, I received 10 digit room key so I headed to the room to keep my luggage and get fresh, but the 10 digit code didn't work despite entering it correctly. So, I called front desk and they said that they're sending a maintenance person to look at it. I waited 15 minutes but the maintenance person didn't come so I had to call them again. The maint guy showed up after 15 mins. Till that time me and my family were waiting outside the room for about half an hour. He came and took a look, and said the smart lock batteries are dead. For which I asked him that why the lock/batteries were not checked before making the room available to the guests. He used master key to let us in but then went to get his tools to fix the smart lock. He then took 30 mins to fix that lock and gave us 4 digit code. We wanted to go see one attraction but since the guy was working on the lock we couldn't go because that could have left all our belongings unsecured. Finally, we missed the attraction because of this delay. Overall, the room didn't appear clean. It looked like it was cleaned long time ago and since then no one rented that room. Also, the shower didn't work. Pictures are misleading, it's a rundown place.

Myrtle Beach Weekend Trip

Check-in was very easy. My condo had a great view of the beach. The staff was friendly and professional. The amenities were awesome. The location was fantastic in that it's close to resturants, the Sky Wheel, and Pier 14. I would recommend this as a great place for a vacation at Myrtle Beach.
