About this property

There isn't a balcony closer to the water than there are at Sunrise Village! Three 20s Condos, LLC has just added this beautiful Beach Front condo to their portfolio of condos in Sunrise Village! Magnolia is only 1 of 4 beach front condos in the condo complex! Our Community is a small 36 unit complex with direct entrances, free parking, and a pool!
With our private entrance you walk straight down the stairs to the sand! The convenience and ease of going from the condo to the sand every day can not be duplicated!
Our condo is just the right size for couples or families that enjoy being on the beach. A full renovation will be done late February!

Starting March 1st, 2021: We provide everything you may need for your vacation from kitchen supplies to beach supplies - it's all there!

We provide 2 Boogie boards, a beach wagon, sand toys, and 2 beach chairs are also provided! An outdoor Electric Grill with grilling tools are also provided for you to grill while on vacation!

Three 20s Condos, LLC prides itself in making sure our condos are immaculately clean, fully stocked with supplies, and comfortable with top end linens and towels. Dishwasher, microwave, AND stackable washer and dryer are all provided! Other small appliances include an electric skillet, standard coffee maker, crock pot, and blender! A free bag of ice will be in the freezer ready to fill your cooler for when you get there!
2 free parking spaces are provided (due to the width and height, large trucks and lifted trucks will have a difficult time parking under the parking space).

Restaurants, a small grocery store, and ice cream shop are all within walking distance. Walmart also delivers groceries straight into the Condo!

We will email our contract to you for you to sign electronically. We cannot fulfil your reservation if the contract is not signed.

Perfection!

Everything was perfect! Cleanliness - spot on! Tons of storage for your belongings! It was literally a home away from home. Jami was amazing and so sweet to talk to. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

Sweet haven at the beach

My family loved our stay at this sweet, cozy condo. It has to be the best unit in Sunrise Village because of the unrivaled view and the proximity to the beach. We appreciated the cleanliness of the condo and the generosity of the hosts to allow use of the beach gear. Highly recommend staying here!!

Fantastic Property

I have stayed at Sunrise Village many times over the years and love this complex. Small complex and easy access to the beach. Having a restaurant/ice cream/store across the street is very handy. Out of all the condo's in this complex that I have stayed at, this is by far the nicest. Very clean and loved all the "extras". Having beach chairs/wagon/toys provided is very nice and saves me so much room in the car to drive down. Loved having a balcony to sit at and the view is fantastic. Nice to be able to have a place to hang wet towels,toys, etc. I would definitely book this unit from now on.

We are The Baileys and Schleichers. Jami and Adam along with Jami's parents, Deanna and Patrick, love the water and the beach. We can all stay on the sand and in the water from sun up to sun down and beyond! We are all drawn to it. The Baileys kids love the water just as much and will play all day in it. We love experiencing the Gulf with our family every year!
