Enttäuschend

Kein direkter Ansprechpartner vor Ort sondern nur per WhatsApp oder telefonisch. Der Geruch im Haus und noch schlimmer in der Wohnung waren unzumutbar. Die Bilder vom Vermieter haben nichts mit der Realität zutun, die sind komplett bearbeitet. Kein Warmwasser und das mit einem 3 Jährigen. Bei der Ankunft 17 grad in der Wohnung auch dies mit Kleinkind unnötig. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Das einzige positive ist die Lage.

DESAGREABLE SURPRISE APRES NOTRE DEPART

Notre séjour s'est bien passé. Toutefois nous avons été étonné que l'hôte ne soit pas sur place pour nous guider. Néanmoins nous avons pu l'avoir au téléphone toujours très facilement et à su être toujours disponible. Néanmoins, après notre départ, hier 27 décembre, nous avons eu la très désagréable surprise de recevoir un message de l'hôte nous indiquant que le ménage n'avait pas été fait !!! En effet nous n'avons pas procédé au ménage puisque l'annonce précisait, et cela quelque soit la période, que le montant de la location comprenait le ménage pour un montant de 85,88 € !!!! l'hôte nous indique également que des heures supplémentaires de ménage seront prélevées sur la caution de 800 €. Je vous informe que si tel était le cas je porterai plainte, car dans ce cas votre annonce revêt un caractère mensonger." Je reste dans l'attente de votre retour sur ce point. La caution tout ou partie ne peut retenue que lorsque qu'il y a eu dégradation ou vol, et ce nullement le cas. Je vous remercie de votre retour sur ce point. G.BUI-XUAN-HY"
