Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 5 color cable TVs, 2 DVD players, WIFI, ceiling fans & large connecting doors in living room. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, permanent grill, sun deck & covered porch. This home is strictly a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO PETS*** home. **Nightly rentals must pay for a departure clean**
Pelican Play East is available for long term rental Jan, Feb, April. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.

Sunset Beach, NC
Sunset Beach is beautiful as always. This property is in desperate need of some upgrades. The one bedroom door wouldn't open. The sofas in the living room were super uncomfortable. It needs some work.
