We had a great time and it was so nice to have our boat right outside the unit. There was a leak in guest bath and the owner had it repaired right away. The only problem we had was that the AC changed temperature by itself and we would be freezing! It was a great unit and we really enjoyed our stay.

Buttonwood Bay 2022

We loved the development of Buttonwood Bay . However the unit needs some work for renters . Starting with NO curtains or blinds in the 12 ft living room slider. No privacy ! One couch in Living room , no other comfy chairs . Outside deck furniture dirty and not appealing to sit and enjoy the canal view . Lacking AC vent in the master bath . Just a hole . Closet doors off in both bedrooms . Tile floor in master bath chipping and no lip in either shower to prevent water from going onto bathroom floor .,Dirty golf cart collecting debris in the parking area . With some finishing touches , the unit would be a nice rental .

Great House and Beautiful Community

Stayed at Buttonwood Bay with my husband and dog for a month. The house is brand-new with all the comforts you need and more (Nest thermostat/central AC, wine fridge, gas grill, lots of sun sight, comfortable bed), the condominium is amazing, well-maintained, safe, full of flowers, nature (manatees, fish, birds, iguanas, etc.), peaceful and with friendly residents (shout out to Gloria, the kindest and friendliest neighbor). We loved our time there, it was very relaxing and their private calm beach at times was only occupied by, watching the sunsets there with a glass of wine was a highlight. The location is a short drive to many good restaurants (What The Fish, Square Grouper, C&C Wood Fire Eats, Sol by The Sea, Key Largo Fisheries, Morada Bay & Cafe Moka), supermarket, and you can walk (8 minutes) to the next door resort for a meal/drink in one of their restaurants. Host was easily reachable, check-in/out was smooth. We were sad to leave but will definitely be back!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The unit is newly remodeled and a pleasure to spend time in. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio under the palm tree and watching the manatee swim by. The complex is quiet and friendly, the pools are wonderful, and the sunsets are world class. We had an appliance challenge but the owners were very responsive and great to work with. We will definitely return!
