The property is 500 feet from the C8 snowmobile trail that runs north to Indian Lake, and south to speculator. Driveway will accommodate 8 vehicles, with plenty of room to park snowmobile trailers.
Lakefront has a dock with space for 2 boats + 1 jet ski.
Nearest boat ramp is the "Indian Lake Marina" located 1.8 miles south.
