Great condo for long stays

Nerriman was a terrific host and the condo was very comfortable plus in a location near everything in Sarasota! I will be back.

Wonderful Unit, Wonderful Time

Excellent Stay

This property was clean, spacious and very well equipped! There was not one item I needed to search out or buy for a 2 month stay! The host is very friendly and helpful if you need her without being obtrusive. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and well equipped gym. Excellent location!

A fantastic stay

Our stay was long term in this wonderful unit. It was a great place from which to explore Sarasota and the area. Super clean, very safe, and very much like home. The amenities were spot on and communication with the owner was amazing. I couldn’t recommend this property any more!!

Ideal location and property

The Serenata residence complex gave you a feeling of being on vacation. Tropical atmosphere. Well maintained. Great location for shopping, restaurants and beaches. Guests and residents were friendly and welcoming. Our rental property was clean, bright and comfortable. Our property manager was exceptional and promptly responded to our questions and needs. Looking forward to renting from her again.

Neriman’s condo in serenata

Neriman berry Was a wonderful host. Her condo was impeccably clean and well equipped with anything we might have needed. She responded immediately To any concerns although our concerns were few. Serenata Is a lovely community and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What a wonderful place!

Myself and my family stayed at the beautiful Serenata. Neriman, the owner of the condo is warm, friendly and I am honored to now call her my friend. The condo is cozy and clean, close to everything, a beautiful pool, lake and a very short drive to UTC's shopping, dining, community activities and family fun. So close to amazing cool white quartz sandy beaches. I highly recommend this location and loved my stay.

Amazing host and property!

My family and I stayed at this property for a little over a month and we could not be happier. Neriman is a very accommodating host who will definitely exceed all your expectations. She was more than pleased to welcome my family, which includes a toddler, with open arms. She was kind enough to provide books, coloring books, crayons and beach toys for my son! Neriman was also quick to answer any questions or concerns that we may have had. My husband and I would recommend this property to anyone!! We look forward to hopefully staying again next year!
