Fabulous location for a family event
Our group of 13 had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful, it has everything you need and then some. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Perfect for a long weekend getaway!

Felt like royalty all week
Location was outstanding, house had all the amenities we could have wanted, 14 of us walked to the beach, played football in the yard, sat by the fire, cooked a Thanksgiving feast and then slept great in the well appointed rooms. Truly a treat from start to finish. Property manager was one of the best we've experienced. This gem is worth it, it will only enhance your vacation.

Gorgeous space
This was the perfect house for our multigenerational family gathering. Ages 7 months to 64, all were well accommodated and had a great time. The porch was the best part, great spot to all convene.

Everything you could think of!
What a great home. Such a lovely setting, and a great home layout. The home is aesthetically beautiful yet, family friendly. We had our entire family with grand kids there - they thought of everything we might need. The open layout for the kitchen family room is perfect for family time. The covered porch was a perfect place to hang out. The yard is big and beautiful. There were plenty on en suite bathrooms. Lots of great activities in walking distance and Newport not too far. The agent was VERY helpful throughout the process and the stay. Will definitely consider going back!

House was everything
The house is more beautiful than the pics. We had everything we needed - beach towels, chairs, a cooler to hit the beach a few blocks away. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and platters and great for entertaining. The deck and yard are spectacular - space for sports and family games. Impeccably clean and comfortable. Everything works perfect and the bathrooms and kitchen are newly renovated. This historic house was the perfect backdrop for our family vacation.
