Fully equipped separate kitchen: basic food products (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc.), kettle, coffee machine, oven, microwave, etc.
2 large bedrooms, one with queen size bed, TV and adjoining bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC, washing machine and dryer. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a TV.

Noisy stay in Paris

Apartment is fine in many ways, except for its lack of clothes storage (not even a single hook; the only closet was 80% locked out for use by the owner; main bedroom has no storage at all.) The big issue is the noise from outside, due to a pub just under the apartment with crowds of drunken-shouting people until past midnight, every night. This should be disclosed to prospective renters.

Short stay in Paris

Family of 4, with 2 college aged sons, stayed for 3 days for quick Paris visit. Met by property agent who we were able to stay in contact with by WhatsApp, which was helpful as our arrival time changed. Super convenient to all main sites, 7th arrondissement, Place Monge metro station just a few minutes walk (fyi there is a flight of stairs to get to street level on the side where the metro is). Down the block (Rue Rollins) the other way is a circle of restaurants and shops with a lot of activity and often live music in the circle. The neighborhood is pleasantly noisy at night til late, not enough to bother our sleeping. Nice live market in park near metro Thursdays and a few other days. No AC (as advertised). We were here late June with temps mid 60s-mid 70s. Pleasant inside with fans and windows fully open. It might get hot with hotter outside temps, might need more fans. We didn’t really use the kitchen as we ate out, but all appliances there. One BR didn’t have a closet but there was a closet space across the hall in the storage room. Has 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath. Felt very safe and in a neighborhood environment. Would suggest 2 sets of keys so we could have split up to explore, a book with information about the area (eg location of metro, how to get metro tickets, recommendations for lesser famous sites, restaurants and groceries), and bedside lighting. No other thoughts. We would definitely stay there again.
