THE APARTMENT
When arriving in the appartment, you'll find yourself immersed in the colorful atmosphere of this loft. A refined, fine decoration, matching wood, iron, all with colorful pop influences.
The main living room with fully equipped american kitchen and lounge is organized around the library corner. In the continuity of the living room, you will access three double bedrooms and its bathrooms. Then, directly at the entrance, the apartment is equipped with a laundry room with storage room; Ideal to drop your surfing suits just when arriving.

The main living room is spacious, it is the ideal setting for family meetings! The living room has a very comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV with home cinema, a nice wooden library and a dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, allowing you to cook while sharing time with your family.


THE NIGHT SPACE
The night space of the CALIFORNIA loft is very atypical. The rooms have been designed as boxes, with an industrial look. If they do not have windows, the rooms remain luminous thanks to a system of skylights and sliding doors opening onto the living room.
The three double bedrooms are located on the same level as the main living room and have ingenious storage spaces.
The master suite is composed of a sleeping area, and a bathroom with toilet, bathtub and shower.
The second bedroom is a double room separated from the living room by a thick wooden sliding door for more privacy.
Finally, the most original rooms is delimited by a glass roof giving on the corridor. Don't worry, it also has curtains to create a real night space.

PRACTICAL SIDE
You have a private parking space outside at the bottom of the apartment. So you won't have to worry about parking, winter or summer!
You also have the possibility to rinse your wetsuits and swimsuits in the laundry room with a hose, and a rack for surfboards and skateboards is in the entrance.

WHAT WE LOVE
The spaces of this LOFT, it's hard not to feel like you're on vacation in CALIFORNIA, the ocean is only 5 minutes away within walking distance. This holiday rental in Biarritz is located in a nice neighborhood, you can do everything within walking distance.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is ideally located in a quiet residential area. You can do everything within walking distance: 5 minutes from the shops and restaurants of the Avenue de Verdun, 5 minutes from the Grande Plage and the Casino de Biarritz, and 10 minutes from the Halles for your fresh products and the atmosphere that reigns there. It's a perfect location for an all-inclusive holidays!


ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME CONDITIONS
Arrival outside of opening hours: As a general rule, arrivals to the accommodation are from 4pm to 7pm, and departures from 8am to 10am. For any arrival or departure before 8am and after 7pm, an additional fee is applied:
From 7pm to 10pm - 50€.
From 10pm to midnight - 80€.
From midnight to 6am - 120€.
From 6am to 8am - 80€.
