Located at the heart of the City of Merida , walking distance to the main spots . From the 5 bedrooms with en suite , 3 are downstairs and 2 on the first floor as well as the TV room .The terraces are fresh and overlook the garden and pool .l
The house has on the first floor a king size bed , and a 2 single beds all with their en-suite .On the ground floor ,there is a King size bed bedroom,and two single bed one plus a double bed room with their ensuite. This one is nearby the kitchen and dinning area.
The terrace ,garden and swimming pool are at the back of the house in a beautiful surrounding.
The house is located near to many attractions,2 blocks walking to Montejo Avenue and walking distance to downtown.
Cleaning is done before and after the use of the house,though if you are in need of an extra one while you are there it can be organised . The price shown is for 6 guest . Above it will there will be a charge of 30 usd per petson per night . The house is suitable for adults as well as babies until age 2 . Wifi works all over the house and garden . Password is on dinning room . As electricity in Merida is extremely expensive , included in the price if the rent are 25 Kilowatts per day . Above this there will be a charge of 3 pesos per.kilowatt to be paid at check out . This is also done to avoid tenants to leave a/c when leaving the premises daily. Price per night 195 pounds per night . There is a 10% dicount if guest stay a month .

Oasis in city

Our family of 5, including 3 adult children, had a wonderful time at this spacious, well-located VRBO. There was ample room for all of us to spread out. All amenities were fully stocked, and the pool was a welcome reprieve in the heat. The property manager, Ana, welcomed us and gave us all the information we needed for the property. She continued to give us suggestions and advice throughout the week, which was very helpful. We recommend this property to larger groups/families, as a peaceful space within the city, close to Calle 47 and Paseo Montejo. Thanks for a great stay!

Wedding

The location is great and the home is designed well. However, the dishes were not clean, the flooring had glue seeping up where it caused your feet to be sticky in the bedroom closest to the back area. The refrigerator did not cool well and there were various broken screens and knobs that need to be fixed. During our stay the host demanded we open the home to allow their male family member get a tour of the place, which made the women guests very uncomfortable. Overall the stay was nice and the home as advertised, but would recommend better housekeeping and maintenance throughout and floor replacement in bedroom. Also avoid requiring your guests to accommodate tours per your agenda, this was very upsetting and unprofessional

Wonderful Stay

Incredibly spacious, superbly maintained home. Furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Our host, Ana, was wonderful and even let us know when anyone such as the pool cleaner and plant caretaker would be at the house. Susana, the owner, responded quickly to all our inquiries and was a delight to work with. Our group loved it and this home will be our first choice on future visits to Merida.

Vacation Oasis

Susana’s house is beautiful and perfect for large groups, the pictures do not do it justice! It’s 5 bedrooms total, one with a full bed is located inside the main house, the other 4 are all outside on a separate building. There is one king bed room and a 2 twin room on each floor. It’s private and chill but walking distance to everything. There’s a convenience store 2 blocks away and several amazing restaurants (Casa Tho, La Libertad, Rosas y Xocolate) under 5 minutes walking distance. Merida is extremely hot but the house remains cool. There are fans on every room in the house and we only used the AC at night (which was enough). They do charge a surcharge for electricity if you go crazy overboard (even then it’s reasonably priced). Our family enjoyed the pool a lot! It’s not temperature controlled but the sun is more tan enough to warm up the water. Susana also though about babies and toddlers. The house has 2 pack and plays ready to go as well as a high chair and a walker. It was very convenient to be able to leave the baby gear at home. I highly recommend this property for families or large groups.

Lovely Accomodations!

From check in to check out, the hosts (Ana and Alejandro) were the best. They went above and beyond in accomodating our requests and needs. Alejandro was the architect designer of the property (and the nearby Rosas and Chocolate hotel--not to be missed) and showed us all the design details that make this a stunning property. It is very quiet and just two blocks from the Paseo and close to some of the best restaurants in Merida. Right across the street is a cantina that should not be missed. The pool and seperate bedrooms are detached from the main unit but seperated by nice walkways, stairs and lush landscaping. Perfect unit for friends travelling togther.
