In the heart of a Mediterranean garden, the house offer a large 40 sq. meters living area with fully furnished kitchen opening onto the garden, two guest bedrooms with each one his own shower room and toilets, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room, fully air conditioned.

The outdoor area is composed by a large dinner table under an amazing centenary wisteria and a living where to stick around at the end of the day with a glass of local Rosé.

The garden is completely fenced off and offer parking for two cars.
