Pine Point Paradise - year round premier fishing and lake life living!


Amazing renovated Leech Lake location situated on prime fishing grounds with 115' feet of private lakeshore on desirable Pine Point. Catch huge walleyes off the end of the dock during the summer or walk right out onto the ice during the winter! Enjoy coffee from the picturesque deck and evening campfires lakeside or just play in the spacious yards. Gorgeous updated home with huge yard and lake views that can't be beat. Dead end road with boat launch 1/4 miles away that can be used during the summer or winter onto an ice road.

Boat lift on site with covered harbor slip available at local resort 1/4 miles away available as well - boat must be 95” inches or less wide to fit into slip, but larger bosts can fit on lift.

****Dock and boat lift come out early October and there is no flexibility with this. However, the harbor slip will still be available for boats that will fit****

Lakeshore is rock that quickly transitions to a hard sand bottom and is 4 - 5 feet deep at the end of the dock. Great for spending the day playing in the water or easy access to walk on the ice and catch some walleyes!
Note that you cannot drive onto the ice from the backyard due to the steep bank that cannot be altered.

10 minute drive from Northern Lights Casino and Moondance Fairgrounds, 15 minute drive from downtown Walker. Easy boat right to tie up at Walker City Dock and explore downtown shopping!

Great place!

We had wonderful family time for our annual vacation! The location was perfect on Leech Lake, the home beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked. The hostess was absolutely fantastic in accommodating the needs for our boats, suggesting fishing spots, and for providing information for the surrounding area. The fish were biting and the grandkids had a great time in and on the lake.

Perfect vacation getaway!!

This property has everything you would possibly need to enjoy a comfortable stay. The house is beautiful. We booked our stay to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with out family. It did not disappoint! Everyone loved it. We enjoyed playing yard games. Fishing off the boat and off the private dock, shuffle board indoors on rainy days and grilling and relaxing on the deck. The lake is beautiful. We Loved our trips to Walker. The property hosts (Katie) was so easy work with!!

Amazing family getaway!

Katie was an absolute dream host and has a gorgeous property! The home couldn’t have been more beautiful and meticulously kept. She was super responsive and very easy to work with. We enjoyed a winter family gathering and had some fun ice fishing on Leech Lake. I would love to return in the summer to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities that Pine Point has to offer. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Great time

We had a great time at the cabin with plenty of space for a group of ten. We really appreciated the large basement space and table games to help entertain kids on a rainy day. The kids also enjoyed the lily pad and catching some fish right off the dock.

This place is great! Our family really enjoyed our stay here! The cabin is fully stocked with all the essentials and is just as great in person as it looks in the pics!! The owners are great to work with and always provide a timely response. The kids enjoyed playing in the water off the dock.

Highly Recommend

Highly recommend this rental. The owners are phenomenal and easy to work with! Katie and J.D. have done an amazing job with renovating. If you are inside, there is plenty of room for a large family (we had 7) to relax, play games, and eat meals. If you are outside, there is plenty room for lawn games and relaxing on the dock. The lakeshore is rocky, but there is a set of stairs on the dock that brings you into the lake where your feet will hit the soft sand! We had a blast introducing our 1 year old to the lake - it was very easy with the stairs into the water and the shallow, sandy area by the dock. Our stay was very relaxing. We enjoyed fishing, jet-skiing, skiing, swimming, and spending time together. Thank you J.D. and Katie for your BEAUTIFUL rental. We are already talking about when to return!

Leech Lake vacation retreat.

This lake home lives up to its description, it is a beautifully decorated, comfortable place to spend your time at the lake. The yard is spacious with mature trees, beautiful views from the deck and a firepit to enjoy in the evenings. Whether fishing off the dock, going out in your boat, swimming, paddleboarding, or just floating in the lake you are sure to enjoy all that Leech Lake has to offer. The lake is quite large and has many areas to explore. Walker and Park Rapids are both quick drives away to enjoy dining and shopping. Katie and her husband are very gracious hosts and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet get away at the lake.

Great Leech Lake getaway!

We were a party of 8 and there in mid-June. The property is as advertised and very impressive, newly renovated on a large lot on Leech Lake. All the conveniences of home, lots of room and within walking distance of a marina where you can rent a slip, buy bait, boat gas, ice, etc. To fishermen, women, and kids, be forewarned that Leech is a HUGE lake and you can expect rough waters if there is any wind. Bring rain gear and a sweatshirt, even if it is hot on shore. Pelican island was a highlight with thousands of pelicans, seagulls and cormorants there. The owners are great. Highly recommended!

Both of us grew up in Walker and now live in a suburb of the cities. Still having family "up north", we wanted our kids to be able to experience the fun and serenity we both experienced growing up there. Being able to buy this home as our "home away from home" is a dream come true for us.

Why they chose this property

Leech Lake and Walker both have it all - great fishing, slow pace, clean and peaceful lake, wonderful shops all with the small town feel of "being up north". As an avid fishing family, this property and location provided the ability to spend the day in swimming and relaxing off the dock and then catching big walleyes with light up bobbers at sun down.
