This efficient apartment is located right off of Rustaveli Avenue and is within the walking distance to all major landmarks and the oldtown. It has everything one needs for a short to medium-term stay. Hotel Stamba is nearby, Metro is 5 minutes walk, the Rooms lounge, Zala Restaurant, Famous Lolita, and the wine factory - all around the corner.
It is a small studio with a kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and a bright, airy bathroom. It is perfect for rest after the day's exploration of the city. The traditional Georgian yard with carved wooden balconies adds character and the real feel of Tbilisi.
The place is 5 minutes walk downhill to metro Rustaveli, 2 minutes to the famous Keto and Kote Restaurant, 7 minutes from Stamba hotel, 15-20 minutes to all major museums of the city.
