We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Luz-Saint-Sauveur, this charming renovated flat of a surface of 41 m ² and being able to accomodate to 5 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 25 m² with TV, a double sofa bed and an armchair open on the kitchen.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A terrace of 80m2 to enjoy the beautiful days with furniture and a barbecue.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed.

The flat is ideally located in Luz-Saint-Sauveur, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
WINTER : Downhill and cross-country skiing (ski resorts nearby : Barèges, Ardiden, Gavarnie, Cauterets).
SUMMER : Hiking (the Gavarnie cirque, Troumousse and others)
The Luzea thermal baths at 200m.
Electric mountain biking, rafting and canyoning.
Animal park in Argelès Gazost.
Bungee jumping from the Napoleon bridge at 200m.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the street near the flat.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Shuttles to the slopes in winter.
- Nearest train station: Lourdes train station located about 35 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Tarbes-Lourdes airport located about 45 minutes away by car.

- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Sheets + pillowcase: 35 € for the first bed and 25 € for the following ones. 1 large towel + 1 small towel and 1 tea towel: 8 € per person.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Possibility to rent the flat for 3 weeks for a cure.
