Pool is about 5 feet deep and NOT meant for diving. Please watch your children at the pool and swim at your own risk. Do not leave children unattended by the pool. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. There is NO FENCE around the pool.

Spa and Pool heating is optional. It's $75 per day. This extra charge should be paid prior to checking in. Any tampering of the pool/spa/fire pit/misting system equipment will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

Absolutely Amazing 10/10 Recommend!

Kate and the villa were absolutely amazing. The house was spacious and so clean! It was amazing to have two en suite bathrooms. The pool was amaaaazing, so nice and relaxing! It’s stocked well for cooking too! Kate is so helpful and super responsive. I cannot recommend Kate’s villa more-if you’re considering booking, just do it! You won’t regret it.

Just Perfect!

Lovely inside and out. We selected this location specifically because it looked like it could accommodate our small family reunion BBQ. Seating inside out gave everyone a spot where we could socialize comfortably for a few hours and then go to our respective accomodations. The spacious kitchen island provided the perfect food prep and buffet space. The retractable awning made visiting outside very comfortable. The pool was perfect for a quick cool down when it was hot. The grill in the listing must have needed to be replaced and my grill master hubby felt the replacement was a bit too small, but has skills and made it work. One surprising benefit was that there are no stairs required to access any part of the space. Since we met last, one in our party has developed limitations we werent aware of that make stairs impossible. Of the 4 rental properties our family members were in, this was the only one with out stairs. A blessing! Kate was a gem to work with and very responsive to all of our questions about Palm Springs and the property itself. You can’t go wrong with this property!

Great stay!

Overall everything was great! Kate is a wonderful host and very easy to reach at all times. The hot tub and pool was lovely and Kate was always on the ready to help warm them. In fact she had it warm and ready for us upon our arrival:) The property met our expectations overall, great location with amenities and groceries nearby, also nice to have tennis and golf on the property! Note that you do have to pay extra to use them. Couple things that could be improved: 1. Check water pressure in the kitchen faucet and showers. It was very low so cleaning pans or the sink took forever and showers were disappointing. 2. Add a couple more large pots to cook with - when a family of 4 wants to cook meals at home, its super helpful Great warm weather getaway! Would recommend the property

Lovely house and incredible view

Me and my family had the best time at Kate’s place. The house has everything you need to relax and also to cook (and I cook often and didn’t feel like I needed to adapt). The pool is just incredible and perfect for little ones as there is a section with shallow waters. Communication was great and Kate replies very quickly for anything. House was super clean and was great to have washing and drier available for our laundry. Will come back for sure!

Fantastic house and location.

The house and pool is everything you could ask for, as well as the stunning views of the mountains. The property was as described, and was well stocked with everything that you need. Anything that we required to sort was dealt with quickly and helpfully. I don’t believe you will be disappointed in the house, we will definitely be back.
